Returns

Here at Willow & Sage, we would like you to be entirely happy with your purchase from us.

However, if you are not completely satisfied, our returns and refund policy makes it easy to return items to us.

To submit a return, please email:

Please include your name and order number.

Please note that if a product has been delivered which is damaged or an incorrect item, we must be informed within 2 days of delivery. A photograph of the defect must be included in the email please. 

Otherwise, to be eligible for a return, we must be notified within 10 days of receipt of the delivery.

In order for us to process a return:

The item must be returned to us within 7 days.

The item must be unused and in the original packaging.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds but may be exchanged within the 30 day period. 

Please allow 5-10 business days for processing. The customer will be responsible for payment of shipping. 

Please ensure when returning an item that it is securely packed.
